Meet Free Calendar Dashboard empowered by Coupler.io that displays all your Google Calendar insights. Check and filter your focus time, meetings, vacations, meeting organizers, and other events. It's fun, free, and easy to set up.
Hi everyone! 👋 I’m happy to present to you our Google Calendar dashboard created by the Coupler.io team.
🤖⏳It can summarize and visualize data from your calendar automatically in just 3 minutes.
🤔 And, most importantly, it can give you the answer to the eternal question “where did all my time go?”
📊 Find out how many hours you spent at meetings last year, how much focus time you had, how many days of vacation you took, and more.
🧘 Discover who controls your schedule and organizes most meetings. And, of course, see how these insights can help you manage your time better in 2024.
The Calendar Dashboard is very easy to use:
1️⃣ Follow launch link to start extracting data from your calendar
2️⃣ Plug in your Google account
3️⃣ Connect to Looker Studio
🔍 These 3 steps usually take about 3 minutes.
After this, you will get a dashboard with your Google Calendar data.
And then, the moment of truth…
Your calendar knows what you were doing last year, and now you will know too!
🚀 One last thing… Share your results with your colleagues and see who had the most meetings 💪
Many thanks from our team, and have fun!
What have I learned after connecting my calendar to this dashboard?
1. First, I noticed three spikes in meetings and meeting hours during the last year.
2. Upon reviewing the meetings, I found they were related to some recurring projects.
3. Therefore, for the ongoing year, I will definitely take into account my workload from these recurring projects and avoid over-scheduling during those months.
4. ???
5. Profit! I'll be more productive and will most likely avoid the burnout :)
Additionally, you can share the results of your dashboard in the same way streaming platforms share 'wrapped' results. Compete with your colleagues to see who is the busiest and who should optimize their schedule...
P.S. You can get a 'wrapped' summary not just for your meetings data, but also for other work data. Check out other Coupler.io integrations that will help you keep your dashboards always updated.
Hey Ivan! Answering that question can make my day 😅.
Calendars management is a hard task and those insights will help a lot on it. Super useful.
Congrats on the launch team!
Wow, who knew that analysing my calendar could be this interesting? That Gave me a better understanding of my schedule.
Congrats, guys. Looking forward to more features and updates! 🔥🚀
This Calendar Dashboard straightforwardly displayed that I spent over 1500 hours in meetings last year, prompting me to optimize my schedule for better time management.
Congrats on the launch Ivan and team! Really cool dashboard to get insights into your schedule and meetings. It gave me some ideas for managing my time in the future :)
At first, I thought it should be like Time Insights...however, it's much better!!! I tried it myself and it worked pretty fast. However, it's a bit annoying to make several clicks on the Looker Studio side but it's LS, no surprise :D Cool stuff, thank you!
Hi, Product Hunt Community!
We're glad to present you an interesting dashboard to help you stay productive and be the master of your meetings! 👩💻👨💻
This Looker Studio dashboard shows your Google Calendar data visually appealing and comprehensively. Set it up in a few clicks and find out which weekday is packed with meetings, who's a top meeting organizer, and many-many other scheduling insights!
Your feedback and support are very appreciated! ❤️
That was nice :) so 80% of my meetings are scheduled by colleagues and only 20% by me, I thought it would be like 70% by colleagues and 30% by me (but if I check only ad-hoc meetings, I see the numbers close to my assumptions: 34% by me and 66% by colleagues). Not bad!
