We’ve been building Cosmos over the last 18 months - we launched on Product Hunt last year, had a very positive response, and received super valuable feedback from the community here.
We are back with Cosmos 3.0 - the meetings tool designed for remote teams. It’s a culmination of what we’ve learnt from 100+ teams that use us regularly.

@rahul_goyal Congrats on the big launch! I love that there's the ability to adjust your avatar and even include a pet—one of the things I miss most about going into the office, aside from the camaraderie, is the office pets! (We had three dogs at my last workplace.) The attention to detail, overall, seems really high on this. Great work!
We love Cosmos! It's brought our remote team so much closer with games nights and random bursts of snowball fights!

There are quite a few tools in this space that are similar to ours (in looks), however we think we have a few very key features that set Cosmos apart from the rest:
- Statuses - In cosmos, you can set yourself to available, listening (hear others, but have your audio, video off) or away (focus mode) . This signals your availability to your team at a glance.
- Conversation Topics - In Cosmos you can set topics for meetings, and share context with your team.
- We’ve had multiple customers attest to our spaces being modern and immersive than any other tools they have tried
- 20+ games we’ve built in house, from pong to poker and pictionary (I swear by Telephone and Deception)
- We have a seamless integration with slack. This integration allows you to:
- See when teammates enter your Cosmos office.
- See what’s happening in Cosmos. Join meetings with a single click.
- Get notified when someone invites you to talk on Cosmos. Join with a single click
- We have apps for Mac, Windows, and mobile platforms where you are able to - at a glace - look at all the conversations and meetings going on in your office, and participate with a single click
- Also, I'd say our pets are very cute

We'll definitely give Cosmos this Friday a try. I already love how you implemented games. The Slack integration sounds promising. I see it as crucial to form a habit as we are on Slack every single day.
Most important for me: find a tool to make it seamless to socially connect and have a great time together. No meeting provider manages to really solve it to date...it always feels slightly "off" unless you pro-actively break the ice :)

And I think you've hit the nail on the head! One of the hardest challenges for us in this remote world has always been to offer team building and bonding which doesn't feel forced, or puppet-stringed (like ice breaker questions which lead nowhere). With Cosmos, we've tried to build an experience where, after meetings, you can run into colleagues and teammates, and we have found that the experience is very lifelike, and promotes easy conversation.
