After a discussion about DAOs and how to find contributors and launch communities, I had the idea of Contrib. There's no emotional story behind the platform, I just spent the next few days building Contrib as there was a need for it, and it would benefit DAO projects. It's only a project, but who knows what'll happen next! The beauty of Contrib is that it's community-first. This was the most important aspect of the platform, as DAOs are built upon communities. Here, members will be able to access an unparalleled group of people working in the same space as them. This presents the unique opportunity to effectively post or find contributor opportunities. Of course, being a community, we encourage and thrive on discussions. We have spaces for people to talk about the projects they're working on, cool stuff they've seen, tech as a whole, and just about anything you can think of! Contrib is free for the first 100 members. After that, we'll be introducing a one-off $2.50 membership fee. We don't like having to charge the fee, but it's the only way to keep the community lights on for now.
