Hey Product Hunt! ✌️ I’m Abhilash Chowdhary, one of makers of CompanyGPT. Our mission is simple - let people build lists and enrich company data as easily as possible -- with the freshest, most accurate data possible. — Why did we build this? We realized that more and more companies and investment firms are turning to LinkedIn data for sales, GTM, marketing, and deal sourcing. However, the premium tools that LinkedIn offers aren't conducive to the actual use cases for 99% of firms. How do you enrich 10,000 companies every month? How do you match company URLs to enrich with LinkedIn data on a live basis? It's not possible. That's why we built Crustdata. To solve these problems. We built dedicated data pipelines to pull in data directly from primary sources i.e. company website, LinkedIn and news portals. Who are we? And in case you don't see a company in the search results, it would be automatically indexed in a couple of hours by our real-time data pipelines.

We provide direct links of the decision makers associated to those companies directly within our data view.

I'm doing prospecting and outbound marketing a lot on a daily basis, and although LinkedIn search/apollo are reliable and good, sometimes I need a faster way to find companies within our criteria. Great question @kyrylosilin and thanks! Since we are pulling from, what we think, is the most reliable data source - LinkedIn and other primary sources, we can safely say that the data is very accurate. But you are correct, company information can change rapidly, so we index heavily on refreshing the data as often as possible - every 14 - 28 days depending on the data point. We also have built technology that allows you to see when a datapoint was last refreshed. We don't have a ton of analytical tools built over the dataset yet, but will do down the road. For now, we give you all the data needed to identify trends and patterns.

Yes, we've seen a torrent of firms switching from legacy data platforms to LinkedIn simply because LinkedIn is the most accurate, freshest, most comprehensive platform. We worked on technology for over a year to make sure that the pipelines fresh the data every 14 - 28 days. We're keeping the specifics proprietary, but high-level the engineering involves reverse engineering a web-browser. As far as the features that make this easier for VCs and Sales teams, they are mostly around the robustness, latency, and reliability of our APIs - since that is how the majority of our customers use us. We hyper focus on making the data as easy to use as possible. As long as they get the data they want, in the way they want it, our customers are pretty happy. For the web app users, the ability to type in via free text exactly what's on their mind is huge for them. No fiddling with restrictive filters. Thanks @sheikhirfan10 - we are able to provide live company and people data via hosted APIs which very few companies do. It takes year+ of building the technology and many engineers just focused on making sure the data companies in reliably, fresh, and clean to our customers. As for the differentiator from the very few companeis that do this, I would say that: 1) we built our product for the new age companies (think AI SDRs) that need this data in a certain way 2) customer service - the founding team handles all customer requests and feedback
