@sarah_nguyen8 Well, our coaching capabilities are a bit more agile than other systems, as Cloudonix comes from a developer philosophy. You can read more about the coaching capability in this link - https://developers.cloudonix.com/Documentation/voiceApplication/Verb/coach

But, here is the general overview:

  1. Coaching can be performed via communicating with either one of the parties on the call (whispering) or both parties (conference) - or not talking to any (spying).

  2. Activating this feature requires that you know the Session Token you want to coach/spy - and then activating the coaching verb on your CXML call flow.

  3. You can combine <Coach> along side with <Start><Stream> and create an AI based human agent coaching assistant.
