@kyrylosilin Regarding gamification, you earn points when you either give or receive kudos. With these points you pass levels and achieve certain statuses.
The rewards are link to the number of claps people gave you through the recognitions. They are defined by HRs 😇

Love the simplicity of this Slack app! Just an idea: what if instead of having a separate modal to give kudos, the app would automatically collect and count emojis on the messages? This way, the kudos would naturally happen for people who receive the most upvotes/likes on their messages.
@semanser Hi ! Nice suggestion! But it's quite important to control how many kudos you can give per week. It makes sure that a clap has a certain value and that when you give one, it's really for someone who deserves it.
