Intelligent companion app for Gestational Diabetes that helps expecting mothers track meals, monitor glucose, and get personalised, culturally-relevant health insights in real time.
👋 Hey Product Hunt!
We’re super excited to introduce Cheenikum.ai — an AI-powered assistant built to support pregnant women diagnosed with Gestational Diabetes (GDM).
Every day, GDM moms face hundreds of small, high-stakes decisions — when to eat, what to eat, when to check their glucose, and how to manage stress. It’s overwhelming, and most tools just track data without offering real support.
Cheenikum.ai thinks with you and for you.
It gives gentle nudges, structured guidance, and smart habit suggestions — all tailored to your schedule, preferences, and health data.
We're starting with GDM because these moms are incredibly motivated and underserved. But this is just the beginning — we're building a health assistant for every woman managing lifestyle-driven conditions like PCOS, Type 2 diabetes, longevity and more.
We'd love your feedback — what resonates, what doesn’t, and how we can serve real people better.
Thanks for checking us out 💛
I’m a 26‑year‑old daughter whose mom was diagnosed with gestational diabetes nearly three decades ago. Back then, she was told she was “a huge baby,” but given almost zero guidance on how to manage her blood sugar, track her meals, or cope with the anxiety that comes every time you see that glucometer beep.
Over the years I’ve watched cousin after cousin face that same stress—constantly poking, logging, and wondering if they’re doing enough. Every story reminded me: expectant moms deserve better support than “Here’s your meter—good luck!”
So two months ago, fueled by frustration and love, I poured nights of coding, design sketches, and late‑night chats with GDM mothers, nutritionists into a prototype app built just for GDM moms.
This is more than an app—it’s the companion I wish my mom had, the friend I want my cousins to lean on, and the peace of mind every GDM mom deserves.
Your feedback means the world. Whether it’s a feature you love, a glitch you spot, or a dream you want to see in version 2.0—please tell me. Let’s build something that makes this journey a little less lonely and a lot more confident. ❤️

Kudos to the team, for using AI to solve a prevalent health problem in the world.
The UI looks neat and suggestions seem very apt.
