We support a variable of knowledge base, such as documents ( pdf, docs, html, csvs etc), websites ( sitemap, a list of websites and automatic) , text , q&a , direct product imports, videos. For websites, we have the cron job to regularly training all your websites daily/weekly/monthly based on your plan. It's fully automatic. https://cookbook.chat-data.com/d... It also has the regexs and scrape options to determine which part of the pages your scraper should focus on and which logic the automatic scraper should follow. Congratulations to the Chat Data team, this is a product that can be used in a wide range of scenarios. As always, I'm optimistic about the application of AI voice, and I'm glad to see a product like Chat Data launched. In addition, it is suggested that you can add an option to enable subtitles, and scroll the robot's voice content through subtitles. Because some language homophones or words can be difficult to understand.

Huge congrats to the team on today's launch! I'm intrigued by the 'Train once, deploy everywhere' aspect - How does the AI chatbot adapt to the vastly different user behaviors and platforms, say, from a casual WhatsApp convo to a more formal Shopify support query?

@ihuzaifashoukat our AI chatbot is cheap to create. You can create mutliple versions of it with different base prompt to config the style , either casual or formal . It totally depends on your base prompt.

It doesn't have to be part of the chatwidget on a website. for example, you can create a voice-to-voice assistant in your app through iframe. people with medical issues can talk to the medical AI voice assistant. @rlethe Good question. There is a complete feedback loop. Customer can upvotes or downvotes the AI answer, raise the live chat escalation to a human agent. If the customer is offline, the human agent's message will be emailed to the customer directly with a direct processing link : https://cookbook.chat-data.com/d... All follow up processing handles both online and offline process. The agent can close the conversation when the thread is resolved: https://cookbook.chat-data.com/d...
