Great ideas and critical to-dos no longer need to get lost in Slack! AgendaAI automatically generates an agenda for any meeting when you connect it to Slack. It analyzes everything for you and identifies the things you didn’t know you needed to know. 🙌

Hello Product Hunt community 👋 I’m thrilled to announce the launch of AgendaAI! 🥳 One of the biggest challenges we’ve heard from managers is that they don’t have time to prepare a thoughtful agenda for their one-on-ones or team meetings. So, if their teammates don’t create the agenda either, there’s either nothing to talk about or you end up having an unstructured and rambling meeting. Having built AI powered tools for people managers since *way* back in 2021, we realized AI could provide a solution to this persistent problem… enter AgendaAI. AgendaAI sifts through the Slack deluge to create suggested agendas for your recurring meetings. We’ve found it’s wonderful at identifying important topics our users might’ve missed amongst the Slack cacophony, and works for just about anyone — ICs, managers, senior staff overseeing multiple teams, and beyond! And if you don’t have Slack, or don’t want to connect, you can copy-paste in whatever text you want and AgendaAI will make an agenda based on that. We’re excited to make this new feature available to new and existing users alike and look forward to continuing to invest in this and other AI features in our app. For new users, we offer a free trial of our premium product tier with no credit card required, and you can keep using the free version of the product indefinitely. So feel free to give it a risk-free run by signing up with your Slack credentials, let us know what you think, and fire away with any questions! Thanks for checking us out! Adam

@adamberke Congrats.🎉 My team and I will try it out for a few days and give you some feedback :) Do you think it will be a little faster when the paid version comes out?
Shefali Lohia
@elly_cho Can't wait to hear what you and the team thinks! Speed is definitely something we want to keep iterating on.
Adam Berke
@elly_cho Thanks! We definitely think there’s an opportunity to improve the speed. You’ll also find that the speed of generating agenda suggestions will depend on the number of slack channels you select and how active they are.

@nazankurticlp Thanks Nazan!

@adamberke @shefalilohia I used it for a bit more. It felt like it was summarizing the recent Slack rather than suggesting an agenda. The two are similar but different... I was thinking what if the responses went something like this (assuming the product is meant to give you meeting topics) 1. issues worth discussing. 2. possible meeting topics around this.(How to improve, What's more important.....) Please take this with a grain of salt as I've only used it for a short time.
