Wassup, Product Hunt! Simon here, one of the founders of Celaro. I’d like to start with a brief backstory about where we come from. Since young age, my co-founder Philip and I have constantly been working on all sorts of projects, ranging from habit trackers (which Celaro originally was) to NFTs and poker games. Throughout this journey, we’ve tried numerous project tracking tools, but none have given us the edge we were looking for, particularly the features we need as designers and developers. We often felt underwhelmed. This experience led us to create Celaro, with the mission of rethinking how teams can work with their projects. Driven by our passion for innovation, we’ve set out to create something new. Here is a selection of the features we expect to release within the upcoming year: CORE FEATURES: 1) Overviews & Task Management Create overviews for your entire project team to see and manage your tasks effortlessly 2) Stages Merge all of your project stages into one project and make tasks transition between them effortlessly. 3) Sprints Seamlessly plan your sprints to ensure smooth and structured project progress. 4) Workflows Focus on the right things by automating repetitive tasks both internally and externally (e.g., GitHub). 5) Time Tracking & Forecasting - Track, estimate, and forecast time to continuously reassess and optimize the process. TOOLS: 1) VSCode Extension and Figma Plugin Manage tasks, projects, and more directly from your development environment and design tool. 2) Automated Reviews Get AI-automated reviews for your tasks to raise the bar for your projects. 3) CI/CD Status Get pipeline status and previews automatically added and synced from your hosting-service directly to your tasks. 4) Celaro CLI Manage your tasks and projects directly from your terminal. So, what do you think? Do you believe we’re a match? If so, go ahead and join the waitlist! If you have any feedback or questions, feel free to reach out to us.

Nice! Love the simplicity! I recently tried Linear.app. And I could understand how to use it 😂 or it simply didn't work. But definitly room for something simpler than linear!
Philip Dren
@sentry_co Thanks! Totally get you—simplicity is key. We're aiming to keep things straightforward and effective. Appreciate the support! 🚀
André J
@philipdren When will you be out of invite mode?
Philip Dren
@sentry_co We currently don't have a set date for it. We expect the beta to be released within 1-3 months. To be one of the first beta testers, you can sign up on our waitlist: https://celaro.co/ We will gradually grant more and more people access, up until the full launch. The full launch will most likely be available 4-6 months after the beta-period has started.

Hey Simon, this sounds really interesting! I'm curious about the integrations you plan for other tools beyond VSCode and Figma. Will there be support for platforms like Trello or Asana as well? I'm all for streamlining the workflow. Excited to see how Celaro evolves!
Philip Dren
@zanereed596 For Trello and Asana we will be creating import integrations (so that you can import data from your existing project tracker) Beyond those, we will support integrations such as GitHub, Gitlab, Linear, Notion and more in the future.

Excited to see how this evolves! #PH #MVP
