I’m sorry but since I can reach you and I can not go through Stripe I have to write here. I’m so very sad and disappointed at you since I signed up for your free trial on Ceeya when you launched but since I didn’t think this was for me I cancelled. But every month you charge me and you have also sent my emails that you can’t draw money so I have to correct that. Everytime I see you have charged me I look at my account on Ceeya end every time I see the same on my profile, that I don’t have any paid subscription. So now I want to ask WHY you continue to take my money when I never signed up for a paid version. I cancelled my trial before they were used. I live with several illnesses and and I’m struggling so hard financially to afford all my healthcare, home nurses etc and I can not afford you charging me over 30 euros a month when I never signed up for any paid version. This is not right and I’m so disappointed because it’s been 6 months now and you don’t even respond to my email. I want to feel safe online and I want to be able to trust founders. @nadjajonsson First, I just checked the entire inbox and you never sent a single email to us. Second, your account was concluded to be a part of the fraudulent activities several months ago which caused significant financial damage to us. If you were NOT a part of the scheme, please let us know. Otherwise, I am going to submit a report to PH in terms of what happened and why I believe your account was a part of it.
