Everybody knows about the importance of 360 feedback, but in most jobs it's not done often enough. Sounds like a seamless way to do so more often with our virtual team - will definitely take it for a spin!

Its pretty neat way to organize the career as well as explore the opportunities that match your style of work.

The UI is super clean! Have asked a bunch of former colleagues to rate me to learn more about how they view me.

Ive been using this thing since the first version Dave built, amazing to see how far its come, how accurate it is, and how helpful it is to get a sense of blind spots and growth opportunities. The 360 nature of this is the key, don't just do it for yourself, get everyone on your team to rate you, that's where you will find the most insight! Great work folks, love what y'all are building.

I used an early version of this with Teal and through Work Styles I learned more about myself, how to work better with colleagues and what roles I'd be better at. This is awesome!

Since this uses really sensitive information, any word about privacy? Where can I find your privacy policy? Right now this does not seem to be usable in Europe.

Frankly, I am neither a spontaneous nor a planned person. Perhaps it should be possible to be right in the middle on some questions. It is really good, I tried it and I especially liked the design. Good luck mate.

Teal is an absolutely brilliant product and is the missing tool you have always needed. It's perfect for job seekers and for you to better understand yourself in the work environment.

I'd much love to be able to try the test before signing up. It would be good to deliver some value upfront, before asking for my data. What do you think about that?

It's been interesting. Some similar some a bit far apart. Also depending on who did it. The results from my boss are a fair bit different from colleagues.

Looks promising but have few questions in my mind - 1) What user data do you save? 2) How do you follow the compliances and do you have any security features in place? 3) Do you have regular pentesting of your product?
