@davidfano congrats to you & the team at @teal_hq You've removed the blocker of tracking with 1.0 in this version you've also removed the blocker of initiating a contact which is crucial in a successful job search.

Love that Teal is finally solving this messy process that's always required spreadsheets that go stale. Job searching is a super personalized, complicated pipeline and this makes it simple and focused. Congrats on the launch!
Teal is one of those products that makes you say "how has this not existed before?" excellent team, excellent product. Don't underestimate the impact of organized job-tracking to put you back in control of your job search, it's a little-big detail that really pushes the needle in the end.
As someone currently looking for a job, Job Tracker 2.0 by Teal makes things WAY EASIER. It's an easy way to stay organized with the overwhelming job search process. My favorite features are the checklist so you can track where you are on each step of the process, the communication templates, and being able to add a job from your favorite job site with just one click. I highly recommend this for all job seekers and everything else Teal has to offer. - Brian Farello
When I joined Teal some time ago (for community and tools) it was amazing to see everyday changes and updates even I get the PRO membership... moving towards a Free Forever is incredible!!! Having all this tools, content, the empowering community now available to everyone is a really bold move and I'm really glad that more people tries Teal!

This tool sounds super useful; job searching is definitely a messy process right now. One big burden of the job search I remember was having to individually tracking the status of all my scattered application so I could remember to schedule, prepare, follow-up, etc. Teal seems to provide a centralized view and that would have alleviated my previous painpoints.
Avoiding double-booking interviews was also a big problem I recall facing. Some folks solve this using Calendy but maybe it'd make sense for Teal to also tackle this?

Hey Team, Trust me, The first impression of the product was like just another chrome extension which scraps data, but soon realized it's way more.
It's a game-changer and solves what it is designed for.
Pros:
1. Seamless onboarding
2. Amazing Execution and easy to start
3. Solves all the challenges job seekers face
4. I explored your other products too, they are also amazing
5. It's free
Suggestions:
1. Import CSV/ notion etc for easy migration to this teal
2. notification on follow-up dates
3. scheduling follow-ups
4. Entering Round-Wise notes/ status
5. Customizable states (like i would want to add, waiting for referral)
Where was this when I went on 100+ rounds of interviews in 2017? Looks super useful. Also love that it keeps track for you when a job gets taken down.
