Wanted something like for for a while, great effort @ynextz! A lot of my subscriptions are paid through PayPal, will that be added at some point? Cheers!
@ynextz does it just notice subscriptions as they are charged, or does it look through my transaction lists for past recurring charges? Have connected two accounts but not seeing anything yet.
PS. the share link doesn't work!
@ynextz@marty How long does this take? I signed in, it said my accounts were linked, but it's been about 10-15 minutes and I see nothing on my dashboard. It'd probably be a good idea to put a warning like "accounts can take up to x minutes to sync"
@scawtent@marty thanks for the feedback guys. Yea, sorry for that ππ» because of the overwhelming response π₯ things are moving slower in our end, but we're working to fix it as soon as possible and get your accounts ready. Thanks for your patience.
@ynextz@wernergeyser I think I really misunderstood this - I took this to mean you can PAY all your subscriptions in one place, but it's actually just SEE all your subscriptions in one place. Is that right?
Where can I find the product's pricing info? Also, some PH comments mention that a bank account is connected. If so, does it work with Canadian and European banks?
Instead of connecting the bank accounts. I am a freelancer and sometimes the SaaS tool is paid for by the client and I just want to send them the invoice.
@kapoorcs good point! π for now you have an option to invite the client to connect account and import SaaS. In the future you'll be able to say which SaaS to scan from the client's account. thanks for the feedback !
I don't understand how this is different than the auto-vendor-memorization that most small business accounting tools offer. For example my Google Apps subscriptions get auto categorized as "Software Subscription" by Quickbooks every month when it pulls the data from our bank account. Is there something here I'm missing?
@arlogilbert thanks! . We see Cardlife as a complementary service to accounting apps. We specialize in SaaS, give you a full dashboard, auto label your SaaS, send overcharge alerts to your team and we do everything for you automatically π and this is only our V1... ππ» In the future you can cancel your SaaS with us, get suggestions and better understand your usage.
Cool product but the Landing Page is IMHO a mix of a lot of stuff that essentially fails to keep up with your brand design. Stick with the Murals on the whole homepage or remove them and stick with the visuals. Using both of them can have a lot of lukewarm effect on someone's idea to basically **get** it. Had to come back here and read to comments to know what you do. But cool concept nevertheless :)
Great product! Question, does it work with all SaaS apps? I don't see a list of what you support. Do we have to integrate with you in order for our customers to take advantage of this?
Hey everyone!
Big ups to @benln for hunting us π
Cardlife is all your business (SaaS) subscriptions in one.
If you're still using spreadsheets and accounting reports, itβs time to save money and work faster π Weβll manage your SaaS for you, give you a beautiful dashboard π― and save you money with our smart overcharges alerts.
If you want to give it a try, check out https://www.cardlifeapp.com/ π¦
HUGE shout out to the rest of the team behind this @tony_freed & @Pierluigi_93 β‘
Love to hear your thoughts, thanks!
@ynextz How do you manage complicated contracts with larger companies like salesforce, net suite etc? By complicated, I mean tiered billing, add-on services, one time fees etc
I tried to connect to Quickbooks, but there was an assumption that I'm in the U.S and I may have accidentally created a Quickbooks U.S account instead of logging into my UK account as expected. Also is this for business subscriptions only - not personal as well?
@ianmayman thanks for the feedback, we're going to improve our integration with Quickbooks to make it more clear. You can track all your subscriptions business + personal, cheers
