Hey everyone, Michał here from the Capbase team. A lot has happened in the year and a half since we launched our Startup Equity Calculator to the Product Hunt community. In case you haven’t heard the news, Capbase was acquired by Deel in January of this year and we’re thrilled to join forces with Deel to help startups scale globally. We are also super excited to bring you a new tool for startup founders and entrepreneurs - an NDA/MNDA tool to generate non-disclosure agreements and protect confidential information when working with customers and business partners. Many startups working with sensitive customer data, or patented technologies have to exchange NDAs before they can talk about even the most basic things. The legal review of these documents is a time-consuming and costly process, which takes away from the precious time and resources founders should be spending on building their product. That's why we created our NDA/MNDA generator tool. Our aim is to simplify the process of creating non-disclosure agreements tailored to your startup's needs. The tool offers an easy-to-use interface, secure storage for your agreements, and is completely free to use for both companies and individuals. For our Capbase users, we hope this tool takes the worry out of protecting your valuable assets. How is it better than just using a template?

Using a template is functionally similar, however managing your NDAs can be really cumbersome if you're a founder. @greg_capbase can tell you from his own experience how frustrating looking for a particular NDA among hundreds of emails can be. Keeping all the documents in one place, where you can track the progress and have quick access can be very helpful to the founders who are responsible for hiring and compliance in the early stages of their startup development.

good idea, I wonder how it holds up based on each jurisdiction on the entire planet. or is it only focused for us U.S. folks?

@kingromstar Hey Rami, thanks! Our tool was created primarily for the United States. Unfortunately the problem with creating a universal NDA is that different countries have different legal systems, and what is enforceable in one jurisdiction may not be in another.
