Tried this a few weeks ago (Marina sent me a few in the mail from NY) and they were delicious. There's been a whole wave of erythritol-sweetened foods (Magic Spoon cereal, Halo Top ice cream) but no cakes that I've found yet, these were moist & delicious even after spending a few days with the post office. Highly recommend :)
