I like Cake Resume but what's changed in v3? From the video and screenshots it appears to be the same as before.

@anna_0x The profile builder is the biggest change in this version. We only had a drag-and-drop editor in v2. Now we introduce the profile builder to help you build your resume faster.

@anna_0x It works like a linkedin profile. It also has a URL for you to share. So you can just build a profile without exporting it into resumes, vice versa.

While it was nice to have a simple CV i would love some recommendations according to my industry.

Pros:

I would recommend it. One less thing to be stressed about. Super easy.

Cons:

Can explore many more design ideas and categories, especially for artists.
