Bunch — AI leadership coach

Wow, I haven't used such a well-engineered and smooth IOS app in a long time. I find the sharing feature also a significant step toward making the learning journey of a manager more explicit. On that note, have you thought about enabling colleagues to see the progress? This feature could help to make their challenges more explicit and allow other managers to step in and help him in his situation with additional personal advice.

I am really excited about the launch of Bunch. I have been using it in private beta for a while and found the experience and content to be really valuable. So valuable, I am sharing this with our leadership team as a must to download and use!

What an amazing year, we start 2020 with a brand new product, and hustled hard with the whole team Bunch to try and deliver on our mission: Help everyone become a great leader. We wrote _thousands_ of lines of code with @johannes_hagemann , @valentinsilvera and 👾 Antonio Junior, and went through the ups and downs of SwiftUI 😁 (Was it a good decision? happy to chat on that topic with anyone who's interested to know!) Hundreds of boards in Figma designed with @darjagutnick, @kurtiswmorrison and @joshua_stehr. Even more user interviews and testing sessions. And so many others who helped along the way. As a Military veteran who has led troops in combat, I can attest to the continuous learning and mentorship needed on a daily basis lead. Leadership is not a destination, but a life-long journey. Bunch is a very cool tool that helps everyone continue their journey. Thank you!

I've been a Bunch user for some months now, and there aren't many services that I'm excited about as much as I am about Bunch! I genuinely believe that Bunch can be the lever you can use to catapult your career or business! Especially if you don't have time to read all the latest management books and HBR articles, but you still need to lead people in your work, this app is a must-have. It's so effortless to consume the short daily tips, either by reading or listening, that you don't need to make additional room in your schedule. Highly recommend it!

It's been a pleasure to work on the design and content of this app. I've learned a TON about what it takes to be a great leader and it's been so rewarding to help 100s of people already in a year that's seen work change 360°. Bunch has been one of my favorite innovators of culture-tech since the early days. They have been relentlessly and meticulously listening to their users to achieve this level today. This app has been a game-changer for our team, and it's a game-changer for our users. It's been a crazy roller-coaster building it, tweaking it, and making it better (we adopt the 1% better every day mindset even for our product). But it's really been worth it. I think that one of the most inspiring things about this product is that it can be used by people who are currently struggling to access leadership knowledge - no matter if they have a team or they hope to one day.
