Most users won't tell you what's broken. Unless you make it stupidly easy.
Make bug reporting so simple, users can just drag an icon, drop it on the problem, type a quick note, and move on.
We built Bugdrop because feedback tools are either wildly overpriced, painfully bloated, or completely ignored by users. We wanted something dead-simple, dirt-cheap, and actually used by real humans.
Unlike most tools, Bugdrop makes bug reporting irresistible: users drag a bug icon, drop it on the issue, and boom — context-rich feedback with screenshots, console logs, browser data, and more.
What’s unique? No logins, no multi-step forms, no $49/month pricing plans. Just one snippet of code and you're collecting useful, actionable feedback in 60 seconds.
We’re proud to ship a tool that’s so simple, your users will report bugs just for the fun of it. And we’re doing it at a price that makes “enterprise tools” look like a scam.
Nice one! found it super simple to submit bug <3 I wish this becomes popular. also for some products, users arent likely to not know what 'bugs' is! those that arent working tech! anything for those kind of products?
@miyo_danzel Thanks so much! Really appreciate the kind words. I'm thinking about changing the wording of the popup to something like “Something’s not working” or “Spot a problem?”
I love the simple, fast, and usable by real users.
You should post this on BusinessHunt.co/opportunities. The community is full of early-stage founders and indie hackers who need tools like this: lightweight, affordable, and user-friendly. Perfect fit. 🚀
Brilliantly executed! Turning bug reporting into a drag-and-drop moment is exactly the kind of UX magic that drives real feedback. Simple for users, powerful for teams — this is how reporting should feel.
@supa_l Really appreciate that! We wanted to make bug reporting feel more like a quick interaction than a chore. Hearing this means we’re on the right path, thanks for the support!
Oh wow... super simple. Feedback is hard to solicit...and when it's given, oftentimes there isn't enough context. Sounds like you make it easy for a customer to give feedback, but the best part is the product team has context so they can go in and fix it! Great job team.
@smith_at_atlas - we need this! maybe we can try it after our launch? before our launch???
@smith_at_atlas@laura_cruickshanks Thank you so much. That means a lot! 🙌 You nailed exactly what we we are aiming for: make it effortless for users to give feedback, but even more importantly, give product teams the context they actually need to act on it.
Hey @evgenii_zaitsev1 - Thank you for the comment. Bug categorization will be included as part of the Teams feature I'm planning to roll out in the next update.
Love this concept! We’re constantly trying to get people to give us feedback on our product and as a consumer myself, I will only report a bug if it’s super simple. Good job.
That little bug icon is genius—already imagining users happily squashing issues instead of ignoring them! Love how you’ve turned bug reporting from a chore into something almost… fun? And called out those overpriced ‘enterprise’ tools? Chef’s kiss. 🐞✨ Can’t wait to see how many teams finally get the feedback they’ve been missing.
@kev_aguirre Looks like there was a malware or something named Bugdrop back in 2019. That is a bummer. I didn't know about that when choosing this name.
This is such a smart way to close the gap between users and product teams. Love how the drag-and-drop flow removes friction — making feedback part of the natural user journey instead of a chore. Can’t wait to see how this helps teams ship better, faster!
It’s “dirt-cheap,” to quote the founders, and feels like a small, fair price for something that actually gets used, instead of languishing in your SaaS graveyard.
wow this is exactly what our dev team experienced during the QA. capture -> copy and paste in notion page -> report the issues. I even didn't realize it was troublesome. Congrats on the launch. What a nice product!

No logins, no bloated forms, no silly pricing. Just simple, fast, and super useful - Literally all a dev could ask for

Bugdrop is genius in its simplicity! Is there an option to categorize bugs (e.g., UI, performance, etc.) to make managing feedback easier for teams?

@amy_ingram Exactly! If giving feedback isn’t simple, it just doesn’t happen. Thanks for the kind words, means a lot!
As someone who loves finding bugs (weird, I know), this tool makes the process faster and more organized. Big fan.

@chritopher_bond A fellow bug hunter! Respect. Thanks for the kind words! We're just trying to make the chaos feel clean.

@rani_zagita Thank you! We’re on a mission to make feedback fun and pricing make sense.
No bloat, no BS - just useful stuff your team actually needs 🙌
For some strange reason Gemini thinks this is a malware. xD
