Niche web3 cell network - A web3 based cell phone network using local signals

I was ordering service for a fiber optic internet for my home and talking to the representative about how the signals works. It bounces off of the electricity signal to create a separate one, so then I thought of a friend of mine whom Rents his internet signal from a satellite he put in outer space in the 90s. He’s a billionaire and the local cell phone companies use his signal to create their cell signals as well as WiFi internet and hot spots. So then I thought why can’t web3 be used the same as the internet does and bounce off of other signals to create a cell Service?!? So then I started experimenting with code with the help of my trusty AI. According to my agent my idea was plausible, so I created the beginning of this idea on the app “replint”. This is only the beginning of decentralization not only From bank superpowers but also the cell phone companies and internet companies. If we can create a signal together we can truly decentralize even further!!!!
