We've helped deploy OKRs at scale for hundreds of companies—including Slack, Coinbase, GitLab, Facebook, and Plaid—and experienced firsthand the frustration and chaos that teams face when tracking progress and performance.


Three major pain points we consistently witnessed:

  1. Too Much Overhead: Traditional OKR tracking was tedious and created unnecessary overhead.

  2. Change Management Challenges: Training teams was far more difficult than expected.

  3. Fragmented Data: Metrics & context are scattered across many systems that each require manual analysis.

Amazing product! One thing that always annoyed me with similar tools I’ve used before is the lack of integrations. They just couldn’t integrate with our entire business stack and missed a lot of context. I’ve been using Brev for a bit now and it integrates with our entire stack, so kudos on the amount of integrations. Great work! Can’t wait to receive more updates. Brev feels like a breath of fresh air in the OKR space. An easy, intuitive way to align organizational and team goals to ensure we are focused on the right priorities at the right time. OKR products are often clunky and require too much administration to be effective and gain widespread adoption. Brev flips competing solutions on their head. OKR/goal management is now palatable. Nice work guys!
