A new kind of OKR platform — where agents help automate the busywork, hold teams accountable, and coach teams to success - so your team can focus on actual impact.
👋 Hello fellow hunters! Chris here, one of the founders of Brev. Today, we’re launching a new kind of OKR platform — one where agents help automate the busywork, so your team can focus on actual impact.
⋆✦* With Brev, you get:
✅ A dedicated agent for each of your goals, with 24/7 tracking
✅ Weekly check-ins, drafted automatically, right inside Slack ✅ Progress surfaced without manually searching in different tools ✅ Goals stay top of mind, and teams are kept accountable with agents
✅ OKR Coach - AI assistant with context about your company ✅ Natively integrated with Linear, Slack, Hubspot, and many other tools.
If you would like to try Brev, please request access here:https://getbrev.ai/and let us know what you think! We're approving up to 250 users' access per week - use BYPASS to skip the line.
⋆✦* Backstory on building Brev:
We've helped deploy OKRs at scale for hundreds of companies—including Slack, Coinbase, GitLab, Facebook, and Plaid—and experienced firsthand the frustration and chaos that teams face when tracking progress and performance.
Three major pain points we consistently witnessed:
Too Much Overhead: Traditional OKR tracking was tedious and created unnecessary overhead.
Change Management Challenges: Training teams was far more difficult than expected.
Fragmented Data: Metrics & context are scattered across many systems that each require manual analysis.
We built Brev to solve these exact problems— leveraging intelligent agents that continuously monitor your goals by tracking the tools you already use.
Our team will be here all day for questions, comments, and general discussions about how AI can make goal-tracking more seamless for all of us.
Cheers from the Brev team and thanks for your support!
Amazing product! One thing that always annoyed me with similar tools I’ve used before is the lack of integrations. They just couldn’t integrate with our entire business stack and missed a lot of context. I’ve been using Brev for a bit now and it integrates with our entire stack, so kudos on the amount of integrations. Great work! Can’t wait to receive more updates. (p.s. everybody in our team loves it and sees the value)
@seepitch Smart move turning a popular GPT into a core feature! Saved the GPT—thanks for sharing the origin story. Great example of iterating on what users clearly wanted.👏
Absolutely love what you’re shipping, Brev team! I’ve watched too many OKRs die in static spreadsheets — your autonomous agents finally close that loop. The way they surface real progress (or red‑flags) without humans babysitting is a genuine productivity unlock. This is the first OKR tool that seems to feel alive rather than archival. Great work! 🚀
@gianmaria_caltagirone sincerely appreciate that! Sounds like we've both come from a similar past, as practitioners. Excited to hear your feedback on the product.
I’ve been a Brev beta user since super early and their AI-based approach to goal tracking is way better than any of the tools I’ve used before. It helps that the team is really steeped in the OKR ecosystem and best practices. Honestly, it’s the perfect example of AI making you and your team a superhero. It’s a required tool at my company, Tower.dev. Super stoked to see it and @seepitch on PH.
Brev feels like a breath of fresh air in the OKR space. Automating the operational drag that typically comes with tracking goals is a game-changer, especially for fast-moving teams juggling multiple tools. The idea of a dedicated agent per goal, seamlessly integrated into tools we already live in (like Slack), is not just smart, it’s the frictionless.
As someone who’s seen OKRs fall apart due to lack of accountability and fragmented data, I can already see how Brev could be the missing layer that keeps strategy connected to execution. Excited to see how teams use the built-in OKR Coach and agents to stay aligned without all the manual check-ins.
This is one of those rare launches that feels both innovative and immediately practical.
@masump Thanks Masum, definitely not my first rodeo with OKRs ;) - its a love/hate relationship for lots of folks, but I'm hoping we can change that narrative :)
The idea of assigning a dedicated agent to each OKR is brilliant — it feels like goal tracking just got an AI-native upgrade. Weekly Slack check-ins, live tracking, and built-in integrations sound like a dream for any fast-moving team.
Quick question: Do you have plans to support custom workflows for teams that use less conventional tools?
Really cool concept — love how it brings OKRs to life with actual feedback loops. Can the AI be tailored to different team vibes? Congrats on the launch! 🙌
@patpijanowski Really good question - YES! Brev lets you adapt its memory to fit your company's mission, vision, values, vibe, priorities (w/e you want) +++ the relevant firmographics about your company (Region, Stage, Industry, etc). The product feels extremely tailored. Let me know if you want to jam more on this Patryk!
Love OKRs. Excited to check this out! I think a lot of firms start their OKR journey with the best of intentions, but things can often get off the rails. Automated course correction/nudges feels like a simple, but impactful feature!
Congrats @seepitch and team! Stoked to see this #1 today! We were early beta users @othership and have loved the product and the team's responsiveness to our product/feature requests. Given we're a brick-and-mortar brand, our stack is somewhat unique...The Brev team was able to support us and integrate with less commonly used tools to provide a connected UX. Keep it up!
@cvhu yeah, I’d be interested to integrate it into zentrik.ai, so that product teams can see impact on outcomes related to the initiatives they decide to take on.

An easy, intuitive way to align organizational and team goals to ensure we are focused on the right priorities at the right time.
OKR products are often clunky and require too much administration to be effective and gain widespread adoption. Brev flips competing solutions on their head. OKR/goal management is now palatable.
Nice work guys!

@seepitch Would love to see integrations with Notion or Airtable next — many teams (mine included!) live inside those tools daily.
