There is not a better performance management system for small businesses than Breezy Perform. Annual Reviews are easily setup with included templates and I can also do quarterly and monthly reviews for some or all employees or departments. We can all track our goals individually, at the department and even the company level. And to stay on track there is a simple way to conduct our one-on-ones and recognize fellow team members as they do good work.
