Wow, @nathan_tarbert ๐ I can tell that a lot of work has been put into this, great job! It looks neat too, by the way. Congratulations on your launch and best of luck :)
That's amazing @jobenjada! If you have any questions along the way I would encourage you to join our community @ discord.boxyhq.com - where you can get any and all questions answered there. Hope to see you there!
While BoxyHQ's SSO building block is impressively efficient and user-friendly, it could possibly be improved by offering more detailed and accessible documentation or tutorials for beginners who are not as familiar with SSO implementation. Furthermore, enhanced integration capabilities with more platforms might also widen its appeal to a broader user base. Let me know if you think the same.
Hi @patpijanowski, your feedback is precious to us and we appreciate the brief details you provided about SAML Jackson's efficiency and user-friendliness.
We consider not everyone has the same knowledge about SAML SSO because of its complexity or being new to how Single Sign-On is setup/configured so it's essential to take your feedback back to the team as it's our goal to reduce friction and make the onboarding process easy.
It's our mission to continually improve our documentation and because we are open source, we invite community contributions to help us shape everything we build. Also, we have recently added product and education tutorials to our Youtube channel to help guide teams and organizations with a better understanding of some of the complexities surrounding the security space.
Thank you so much, we appreciate it!
We recently setup BoxyHQ at Basedash to offer our clients the option to login to Basedash using SAML SSO. BoxyHQ made the process of setting all of this up a breeze, and we already have a customer using our SAML SSO offering.
We also had a small issue integrating BoxyHQ with Rippling (a SSO identify provider), but that issue quickly got resolved by the BoxyHQ team when we mentioned it to them. Our team hopped on a quick video call with BoxyHQ to debug the issue and they implemented a fix in shortly afterwards.
Hey @robertcooper_rc,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience integrating SAML Jackson SSO into Basedash. I am so glad that our team was able to help you successfully offer a SAML login option. Your feedback means so much to us and I am so glad you had a positive experience. Cheers!
@kraten, open source is not only a personal passion of all of us but a way of life :) It literally makes the world a better place!
Thanks so much for your support!
