Congrats on the launch! In my case, as a Product Manager, I usually get a lot `issue` tickets raised by customers with many replies already from involved stakeholders. To really understand the problem, I have to read all those replied on the ticket before I can come up with viable solution. Do you think the approach you are doing with Chatbot, can be replicated to the use case I mentioned? Thanks for sharing and good luck!

I had a question knowing how important real-time actions are in customer support but couldn't find out on the website. - How often does the pipeline refresh from chat to sheet? Instantly or is there only a few updates daily?
