Hey everyone 👋 I'm Josh, Cofounder of Botsheets. It's great to be back on PH with a new product!
Botsheets automatically turns unstructured conversational data into structured data you can use to improve and grow your business. Whether you're automating responses with a chatbot, or you just chat live with customers, Botsheets works in both scenarios.
Every business uses spreadsheets, so we’re using Google Sheets as an interface to not only store data, but you prompt AI for the data that you want just by adding column headers. You can use natural language, in any language, or use our suggested prompts. It literally takes 2 minutes to set up and you can benefit immediately.
Here are four high value use-cases for this product, but I'm literally discovering new column prompts on a daily basis thanks to the power of GPT.
1. Customer Support - An order number might be embedded inside a longer message from a frustrated customer, but with Botsheets you'll instantly get rows of customers and a column filled with order numbers.
2. Lead Generation - User says: "I'm looking for a 2 bedroom apartment in San Fran near public transportation for the summer." With Botsheets, the desired number of bedrooms, desired location, desired property features, and the time period can all be extracted and stored in columns instantly.
3.Summarization - Instead of manually scanning through chat transcript to get some context, just add "Summary" as column header and Botsheets will summarize the entire conversation in a single cell.
4. Sentiment Analysis - Just add "Sentiment" as a column header and get a real-time sentiment on all of your customers (positive, negative, or mixed). That can help prioritize your response and because the data lives in Google Sheets it's easy to analyze sentiment on an aggregate level by feeding that data to charts/graphs.

@salil_sethi Thanks. We started with lead generation as a use-case because many of our early users are marketers who spend money on Facebook ads that funnel users into a Facebook Messenger, but as we experimented with different AI prompts using sheet column headers we realized that there is a use-case for just learning more about your customers and your customer experience. A lot of useful data is embedded within messages, and you can't make sense of that data in any meaningful way because there is no structure to it. Excited to see what use-cases people come up with here.

Congrats on the launch! In my case, as a Product Manager, I usually get a lot `issue` tickets raised by customers with many replies already from involved stakeholders. To really understand the problem, I have to read all those replied on the ticket before I can come up with viable solution. Do you think the approach you are doing with Chatbot, can be replicated to the use case I mentioned? Thanks for sharing and good luck!

Hey @joshbarkin thanks for sharing this. Love the idea and use cases shared and think it could be really effective. I had a question knowing how important real-time actions are in customer support but couldn't find out on the website.
- How often does the pipeline refresh from chat to sheet? Instantly or is there only a few updates daily?

@sandiforward Thanks and appreciate the note. It's real time. It takes up to 10 seconds typically though. It's kind of neat if you're tracking sentiment, and watch the sentiment change in real time as the conversation unfolds.
@joshbarkin thanks Josh, yes and for smaller companies a lot cheaper than setting up social monitoring/listening SaaS that costs a fortune.
As a marketing professional, I'm always on the lookout for innovative tools that can help me improve my business's performance.
