@itsshashank Thanks for the insight. At the time we launched Botcopy, Dialogflow was the most popular and easiest to manage among the major NLU frameworks. Also it was leading the pack in voice tech quality. We chose it for our POC, with the main vision being a way to connect but not replace the best-in-class NLU frameworks. A lot of that holds true today — we are shameless believers in Google Dialogflow and Assistant. (Botcopy works with Google Assistant response types.) That said, you make a great point, and we are busy working on two more integrations to hit in 2020. These two are comparable to Dialogflow in terms of both fame and functionality, and one is famous for being open source.

@way2outsource Thanks! We offer the ability to switch to Live Chat so it covers all the bases for customer support. Ideally since you're using Dialogflow, you can escalate request to humans less often as your agent gets smarter. :)

@francoolaami Excellent question. We encourage everyone to look at a few solutions and see for yourself. In our opinion, Botcopy has a few advantages. We have a native Google integration (OAuth) so you can connect your agent in one click and it’s safe and secure. We don’t have access to your secret JSON file. Last I checked Kommunicate requires a more lengthy and less secure process. Also, connecting Dflow to rich web chat is our single-minded passion, thus we’ve focused on refining the UX for this particular journey to be uncommonly user-friendly. With regard to Crisp, Botcopy saves you the hassle of a custom REST API build and our widget is extremely versatile with a variety of components that take seconds to customize, so there's no front-end dev burden, either. We keep adding features every month. For a fast, easy experience that costs nothing to launch and no drawn-out and ongoing coding headaches, we think we’re a compelling choice for Dflow-powered web chat.

@nolochemical Glad you like it. 👍 I'm not sure portability (in terms of adaptive/active cards in MS) applies in our situation. Users of Botcopy first build out their agents in Dialogflow, which has a suite of cards. Dialogflow is multichannel, and the user selects the channel. Botcopy is solely focused on web chat and reads Google Assistant response types and its associated cards. Users of Dialogflow can easily add that same agent to other messaging apps, such as Facebook, as long as they select for that response type in Dialogflow. IOW, one can have a Dflow-built agent running on all the main messaging apps, and then for your website, you can connect that agent thru Botcopy. This is needed because the one major channel Dialogflow doesn't integrate with in an easy way is websites. Dialogflow has a "Web Preview" but it's not a rich, custom web chat, so there's no buttons, carousels, etc., it's not production-ready. Without Botcopy you'd need a custom front-end build and use of REST API to get even one bot built for your site, and it could be a huge job to build and a constant headache to maintain. Botcopy gives you unlimited website bots instantly, with no social media login required (like Facebook) and lets you build the front-ends in minutes, no coding. We add features every week – so every day that passes you have fewer reasons to invest in a custom middleware and front-end build. The whole point of this is to open the floodgates for putting very smart NLU/ML bots quickly onto websites where they can do some good for companies and end users. (Of course, this theory all hinges on companies being able to create excellent Dflow agents. We help with that, too, when needed.)
