@oliverbridge3 Love this product and love the idea for the simple Wall of Love. I've been trying to do something like that for my website for a while and this seems like it would make it so much easier.
@min_zhou Thank you Min! Honestly, we built it because we had the same problem. I used to send PDF files with testimonial instructions to our customers by email, and it was super messy. So we built this to streamline everything!
I still need to give it a try but looks super useful. We were collecting testimonials from various channels in a spreadsheet. Not very efficient. This seem like a way better solution 👍 is there some sort of tracking integrated that allows you to see where the majority of testimonials come from?
@agatakristo Yeh I had a spreadsheet too. Worked OK short-term, but it gathered so much dust after a while! Re tracking - that's interesting. No, we don't have that yet, and has not come up from our beta phase, but I can see how that would be useful. How do you envisage that working, and what value would that add for you?

I've been struggling to keep all testimonials in one place. I actually have them scattered on 2-3 platforms, which is a problem when I want to display them on my website. Your product might help, so I'll check it out.
@andrea_todorova1 exactly, I think we ended up finding ours in 8 different places last time we re-did the website, so set out to find a way to consolidate them. You'll be able to tag customers into each piece of content too (name, email, profile pic, links) so the team know what belongs to which customer:)
@corey_haines Good question. Yes you can - this is something that we are still experimenting with, but I'll share one thing that has been working amazingly well for us:
We stitch together industry specific video testimonial edits, and embed that below our personal welcome videos to new trials. So the funnel is: new signup (e.g. SaaS) -> send them welcome video (with SaaS testimonials / use-cases embedded below). Has been awesome for conversion rates so far.
I started using this a couple of weeks ago, and it's a game changer for asking for client testimonials. As an introvert, I find asking for testimonials pretty awkward and anxiety inducing (and then I dread looking at my inbox for days) – but this Bonjoro product has made it quick and painless to send requests across - AND it's super easy for my clients to give either text or video feedback. My wall of love is already coming along nicely :)
@rachael_pilcher Yay, great to hear, and thanks for sharing your own experience Rachael. I think the "super easy for my clients" bit is the key tbh. If the process is smooth for your customers, then everything just clicks into place.
Was already a fan of Bonjoro, and i'm now super excited to try this! The last time I was gathering video testimonials at Brand24, we flew from Poland to LA because we felt it was too much work for the client to record it themselves. Now I think i'll save the travel time and collect them via Bonjoro.
@aazar_ali_shad Hey Aazar. Good q. Our first port of call was to create what our customers wanted, which was an easy way to capture the customer love they created with Bonjoro video messages.
The next step for us is stitching the products together more deeply. For example, giving you templates and automations to ask your best customers for testimonials in the most personal way possible. This is what we are doing internally right now, but it's not built into the product yet. The flow we have is, Trigger -> CSAT survey 4 or 5 score, Action -> send them a video message requesting testimonial = way better experience and results than a simple email automation.
Giving away our future roadmap, we want Bonjoro to be a platform for building customer loyalty and advocacy. This means creating engagement, but also tracking who your best customers are, and leveraging that knowledge with the right tools and tactics. We built testimonials as a way to book-end this vision, and we will now fill in the gaps with other tools to help you create delighted customers.

@alex_stedman Hey Alex. Our niche for the past few years since launching our video messaging tool has been SaaS, online education, and eCommerce. But lately we're seeing more services biz too (e.g. financial services, legal, etc. who are moving more online, post pandemic). We're really building around online businesses that can't connect face to face as much, and need tools like ours to help them build customer relationships in a meaningful way at scale.
There are several tools that allow you to gather testimonials, but the focus of Bonjoro's testimonial tool is not only to allow you to gather testimonials but also to publish and leverage them on your site. Bonjoro helps marketers actually USE the customer proof in a visually appealing format with ease @jelani_abdus_salaam
@rezzz Hey Jason! Yes you can. Once you've created your testimonial request link, just add that link to any email automation you have going.
I'll share what we're doing here. We have it connected to a CSAT (customer satisfaction) survey, so whenever anyone scores us 4 or 5, we send a testimonial request. Works really well!
We've been using the Testimonial feature in Bonjoro for a couple of months, and we love it! It's definitely an easier way to ask for testimonials, great to have them on one place, and the text replies are easy to curate. The one ask I have is the ability to "produce" the multi-question video testimonials into one video inside the platform, rather than having to download them and then produce in a video editing tool.
@paco_vermeulen2 Hi Paco. I love what Damon is doing over there, but our focus is on bringing together multiple tools for customer engagement + loyalty into one single platform. Video testimonials was a natural progression for us from our relationship building video messaging tool, and was always highly requested by our customers. Once we started building we definitely came across other tools doing this, and it became impossible to avoid some overlap.
