It's been a long and exciting road to get here and it feels like we've arrived at something really positive and meaningful. Listening through the voice recordings of actual people giving their unfiltered feedback in their own voice is *so* much more captivating and revealing than reading through over-thought text comments. You'll really have to see it for yourself :)

We use Beams to get authentic feedback from our investors (customers) in real time. Frankly it was not obvious that people would like to leave an audio review review but the quality of the feeeback and the sentiment behind it, is much better.

We at Beams are all so excited to launch this today. Our early users have shown us how collecting feedback through audio messages can not only be more engaging for the customers (better conversion!) but also offer much deeper insights than text. What’s even more exciting is that we are currently internally testing a tool that summarizes and boils down hundreds of customer feedback voices into a few meaningful takeaways/bulletpoints, and it’s very impressive. Can’t wait to ship it in the next weeks!

An interesting concept, i think there are groups of people who prefer text and some prefer audio. I'd rather write text, but I know a lot of folks who prefer voice notes, so I think the market is there!
