Introducing Balancey, the app to promote mindful spending through personal budgeting.
- Individual budgets
- Track income and expenses
- Personalized insights
- Shared expenses
- Split reports
- Web & mobile access
My partner and I tried dozens of budgeting apps, but non allowed us to (a) simply get started out of the box; (b) meaningful engage with our budgets; and (c) share expenses while we both keep individual budgets. Most of these apps also had a weird focus on automization, which discourages mindful money habits and cannot take expense splitting into account.
This app is designed to specifically promote engagement with your money to learn how you can use money to pay what you need to pay and have more for what you want to buy.
What features make Balancey special in a market full of budgeting apps?
- Simplicity: Easy expense and income tracking with just a tap
- Flexibility: Access to both the web app and mobile (iOS/Android)
- Perfect for couples: Multi-member households with shared expenses without the need to share budgets. Everyone can keep track of their personal finances within one household
- Insights: Free monthly spending reports and powerful charts in the paid version to help you save money
- Customization: Customizable spending categories, dark mode, and more!
- A low price subscription model through focues functionalities
Congratulations, Team Balancey on your impressive launch on Producthunt! The app sounds like a powerful tool for financial mindfulness. A suggestion I'd give is perhaps incorporating a feature that allows users to set goals for specific categories in their budget (e.g. cut down eating out by 10%). This could seamlessly blend personal finance with everyday lifestyle choices. Keep up the fantastic work!
Congratulations on the launch of Balancey! This looks like a great tool for mindful spending. I'm especially interested in the shared expenses and split reports features.
