Hi Product Hunt! 👋 Backpack is my first product. I built it to become a better language learner. While learning Chinese, I often ask my friends for the best way to say something. Textbooks can't always help you speak naturally. Real conversation does. What if you could practice conversations whenever you wanted? 🤔 After waiting years for someone to build something like this, I decided to go ahead and make it myself! With Backpack, you can practice conversations that you have in everyday life. The next time you go on vacation, order a coffee in a new language, or go to the market and haggle like a local! 😎 Since I wanted this available in as many languages as possible, I reached out to the language learning community. Thanks to all of the Backpack contributors who worked hard to help make this possible. Give Backpack a try and let them teach you their language! I hope you enjoy Backpack! It's like traveling the world from your electronic device. It reminds me of my old times playing around with Google Earth. Love your idea. Cheers, Isaac

@em_ebert Thanks, Eric! I think there's a lot of potential in VR learning. I find that it really helps me form a memory around what I'm learning. Let me know if you have any questions about Backpack!
