Super excited to launch our Discord integration today! We know that great communities run on Discord, but support there is messy—questions get lost, conversations overlap, and teams struggle to keep track of what needs attention. Many communities rely on manual tracking or third-party bots, which don’t integrate with the rest of their support workflow. With Atlas for Discord, you can run structured support inside your community while keeping the real-time, interactive experience that makes Discord great: ✅ Turn Discord messages into tickets—automatically or manually 📢 Support across all channel types—chat, forums, VIP threads & more 🔄 Bidirectional sync—reply from Atlas, keep conversations in Discord 💬 Stay engaged—structured, trackable support without disrupting the community feel Would love to hear how you’re supporting your community on Discord today and if this could help. Congrats on the launch @jmob_atlas and @rahul_asati3!
Turning Discord messages into tickets and syncing replies in real-time solves a huge pain point.
The ability to manage everything in Atlas while keeping the organic feel of Discord is brilliant.

Launching soon!

Looks dope! Out of curiosity, is there a limit on discord's messaging API? E.g. what if there's like 100 user requests coming in every minute or so.

Jon O'Bryan

@mariojankovic User messages (and other events) from channels get processed and sent to us by Discord, so here there’s no limit. Discord has a general rate limit of 50 API requests per second (i.e. we cannot send more than 50 agent responses per second)
