Hey ProductHunt, Peter here, founder of freelance.pizza š Beginner freelancers usually face two major problems: 1ļøā£, finding new leads and 2ļøā£, figuring out project pricingāso I have built a simple tool that helps with both! It is essentially a database of 280 companies that are **confirmed** to have hired freelancers in the past 6 months, and it includes three things. š First, the location, industry and size of the company that has already worked with freelancersā¦ It also includes contact information, if you are interested in reaching out. š©š»āš» Secondly, what kind of freelancers did they work with, was it freelance writers, developers, marketers, graphic designersābasically the most common freelance archetypes! š° And third, a low and high end estimation of how much money that freelancer probably made working with these companies. The estimations are based on geographical location, how long the freelancer has worked with the company according to LinkedIn, and usually what is the going rate for such a gig in the select industry. Now, obviously, a simple tool cannot bypass building a sustainable lead generation machine for freelancersāso the goal here is not to provide an easy lead list. Rather, it is hopefully a good way to get your bearings when it comes to WHAT kind of companies hire freelancers like you, and HOW MUCH do they usually pay. So hopefully you guys will find it useful, and do have fun with it!
