This is so great! Every customer support team will thank you! I think you're going to be very successful! Nice job :) It's also great because every team gets that one guy that keeps calling with that random problem no one else cares about. With this, he will be able to see where his request falls in priority with all the others. That way the customer support team doesn't need to break the news to him that the random edge case thing he insists is essential just isn't going to ever happen 😂
