@rs_raghavan Your app is pretty awesome, but the intro video made me cringe so hard. It seems like a professionally done animation with a script written for a school project. I'd suggest hiring an ad script writer off Fiverr. Also, the Indian dude's voice has tons of background noise and made me look around, as I thought that my dad was calling me 😛 Once again. Really cool app, weird and unprofessional video.

Bad customer service

- Ignore customer message

Many export error

No protection to customer's credit card

- Charge money without owner permission

- No emails noitce for the owner

- No cancel plan if the payment fail or something happen to user - for sure if u go away like 1 year and forgot to unsub the plan they still count and wait till your bank account fill up money and they take it with out any message to you.

p/s: i recommend you guys don't try this app. I was wrong to trust this company

Animaker is Horrible ! do not touch it ! waste of money and time I thought it would be easy to use Animaker because their website is very promising . I am web designer and developer, so I have enough skills for those kind of software, but unfortunately Animaker is too complicated even for me. Animaker - DO NOT TOUCH IT ! Animaker is a waste of money and time ! 1. the UI of Animaker is horrible, imposible to find anything there, need to click and search all the Animaker in order to find anything you need and could be places on Animaker's dashboard 2. the Animaker software is very slow and difficult to drag objects, Animaker is not user friendly 3. most of the objects at Animaker are for additional payment and not included in 19$ per month 4. I made a video of 20 seconds with Animaker and waited for 2 hours for the video to be ready for download !!!! 5. Animaker has horrible customer support, I wanted to cancel the Animaker plan at the same day of purchase and Animaker said because I already downloaded 1 video (which I waited for 2 hours to be ready), I cannot cancel the Animaker plan and cannot be refunded !!!
