Using one set of data with realtime identity resolution to power experimentation is the type of thing that feels harder than it should be in 2025. Now Amplitude has upped the game and is using that same set of data to react to customer experiences and improve the experiences immediately.

recommend Amplitude Guides and Surveys! It's a great solution for sending messages at the right moment, taking into account the user's context. I really liked the anti-fatigue function from messages, as well as the ability to customize various formats - from unobtrusive tooltips to full-fledged guides.
