Nice product and add-on for Shopify. I'm sure it is helpful for shop owners. One quick thing about the landing page. You have a nice title header but the line underneath it is too-lengthy to get users attention. "Imagine a conversational AI shopping assistant that can give you personalised recommendations of products, give you real time updates on your existing orders, and it can collaborate with human agents over Live Chat to solve more complex problems." I don't think users would be patient enough to read this big of a sentence. Maybe consider trimming it down or explain it via images or remove it altogether. Again, just a suggestion.

I would love to know how this products AI agents can be modified per store to interact with customers depending on the relative shopping climate. Selling luxury handbags from Europe vs flip flops with a bottle opener in Los Angeles. I have sold in both situations myself and was shocked over the holidays attempting to interact with a AI agent for an upscale brand.
