@maria_gor Hi! ABBYY Neural Network runs through the photos in the gallery and detects images with text that can be turned into scans. It works on-device even in the airplane mode :)
It took almost a year to create and train the network, and we are genuinely proud of it :)

Nice to see FineScanner is getting better every update.
Pros:Offline OCR is useful for scanning and sending text to colleagues. Must have for people who travel a lot and suffer from lousy internet.
Cons:No night mode
If a document contains text in multiple languages, will the app correctly digitize it?

Yes, you can choose up to 3 languages.
I've been using FineScanner for a while, but they launched it with a new feature! Now in just a few seconds you can see all documents from your camera roll and use them for scanning

Great app, I've been spending a lot of time trying to find a scanner near me, but after I've installed it, I can scan on the go.

If you use Offline OCR, it will take a fraction of a second. Online Conversion usually takes 10-30 seconds per page, depenping on the quality of internet.
These guys all right, but very expensive shit
Pros:Scans docs precisely, recognize text accurately, many formats of recognition result formats
