I’d love to share what our team has been working on for the last couple of months - a UI revamp for oVice - an easy-to-use, immersive virtual office platform.
We wanted to make the new interface even more minimalist, to-the-point, and easy to use.
Easy access to the user list, stylish chat, and finer controls over the meeting settings are a few of the things we added.
As for the rest, the vision behind oVice is the same since Day 1 - creating a space where collaborative, fun, and productive teamwork is possible.
What is oVice?
oVice is a virtual office platform created for remote and hybrid teams. The tool helps managers connect with teammates for meaningful work, brainstorming sessions, status updates, and water-cooler chats.
Also, we create digital learning environments and event venues to make online learning and hosting online events meaningful, fun, and engaging.
Here’s what you can do in the new version of oVice:
Use the Map view to have a bird-eye visual of the space and teleport to any area.
See who on the team is online, away, and offline by opening the User List.
Book conference rooms in advance for team meetings, job interviews, or client calls.
Mention teammates in a new, more accessible chat.

Create custom spaces with branded layouts and areas for scrums, video calls, or water-cooler talk.
