4thWall — Raise money for charities while watching shows on Netflix

We are a free Chrome Extension that raises money for charities while you stream shows and movies right on your favorite websites. This was originally designed during quarantine to help people who wanted to give back while we were all stuck at home binge-watching. During our beta launch last year we donated over 35,000 meals for families affected by COVID-19! Here’s how it works: Select Your Cause: Choose between Feeding Families, Planting Trees, or Cleaning the Ocean. You Stream, We Donate. Every 250 minutes you watch on Netflix, Hulu, or Prime Video unlocks a donation. 4thWall automatically donates to your cause at no cost to you! Change your cause at any time. We were inspired by other sites like Ecosia and Tabs For A Cause and release the donation receipts every quarter on our website at www.4thwall.app/donations How We Raise Money: 4thWall raises money for the donations with anonymous, aggregated Streaming TV ratings. Think of it like a crowdsourced Nielsen Ratings for Internet Streamers. You anonymously share just the name of the show you’re watching and how long you’re tuned in. We completely turn off whenever you’re not on Netflix, Hulu, or Prime Video. Our next step is to provide a low-cost subscription for independent Creators, start-ups, & brands who can’t afford other ratings services. This allows us to raise money for our charities & helps Creators make better content.
