19 months ago, I started a new job at 360Learning, and @nicolas_merlaud asked if I wanted to be on a docu-series to document the 90 days of my onboarding. I said yes, and the rest was history (i.e. an insane roller coaster ride of COVID-19 and being stuck at home for 18 months while trying to hire and onboard a whole team. πŸ€ͺ) Two seasons of Onboarding Joei later, I'm excited to be on the other side of the camera πŸŽ₯ and share a new story with you all (much more inspiring than mine, in my opinion 😁) - one that a lot of people might be going through right now; a story of change and dreams. We all have dreams. Changing jobs. Changing the world. But reality catches up quickly. What does it really take to change your life? Big thanks to @audreyjarre who has just been incredibly inspiring, and I feel so honored to get to know her story and now share it with all of you. πŸ™Œ And to my whole team for making this project a big success. πŸ™ We had Onboarding Joei, now we have Learning Audrey (we aren't very original with our names πŸ˜‚) - and our goal remains the same. We want to show the world what employees really go through. Through our Reality TV series, we show the Reality of work. Binge-watch all episode now ahead of our grand finale TOMORROW!

@nicolas_merlaud @audreyjarre @joeei Go Audrey!! I'm so glad you decided to stick around and try this new adventure at 360L :) And that you were brave enough to go on camera - not easy, I know!

Learning how to become learning manager in a company that's all about learning... The plot thickens!! A dope docu-series starring an amazing person!!
Joei Chan.
@josselin_milon Can't agree more πŸ™
Mandy Knapp
@josselin_milon This was such a great way to learn more about a coworker I've only heard incredible things about, I hope I'll get the chance to meet her in person someday!
Audrey Jarre
Thank you @joeei for proposing this crazy project. 😱 I still can’t believe I said yes to this project (as if it wasn’t stressful enough to do a 180 switch in your career during a global pandemic!). Honestly, I’m so glad I (cautiously) said yes because now I can look back in 50 years and remember all of the great people I used to work with 😍 Seriously, though: this was a monumental change in my life and I can’t wait to look back at how much I’ve grown!
Joei Chan.
@audreyjarre all propos to you for being vulnerable and sharing your story with us πŸ™ It's not easy and i speak from experience πŸ˜… (and you've converted me to slam poetry and improv!)

Onboarding Joei was one of the reasons I joined 360Learning! Being able to peek behind the scenes was priceless - and made the transition a little less scary!
Joei Chan.
@julia_k21 so glad to hear it didn't do the opposite πŸ˜‚ Hope you enjoy Audrey's story just as much!
Oli Kramer
@julia_k21 same here!!

So inspiring to document the challenges of a new job inside the same company! The last episode "The Show" was excellent, it really resonated with my vision of Collaborative Learning 😍. Congrats to the whole team involved, I can't wait to see the end of this beautiful journey!
Joei Chan.
@margot_caitucoli Thank you Margot! "The Show" is my personal favorite too πŸ₯° got really emotional putting this episode together!

What a rewarding project to work onβ€”a glimpse into the vulnerability we’ve all felt in a new role but Audrey was brave enough to get her feelings on video for the world to see πŸ‘ πŸ‘ I can only hope that I would have the same level of grace, honesty, and determination if there was a camera recording all of these moments.
Joei Chan.
@mandyknapp360 sounds like an invitation! do we have the star of our next docuseries? 🧐😝
Mandy Knapp
@joeei Let's do this!! 🎊

Everyone dreams about what it might be like to shift into a new role - but nobody is ever brave enough to tell the real story of what it's like to make a change like this. Except @audreyjarre! 🀩 Being able to chart Audrey's shift to becoming a Senior L&D Manager has been one of our most gratifying projects at @360learning so far, from her nervous early days through to her deft juggling of different stakeholder expectations. It's been super inspiring to see her take on this challenge, and I can't wait to see how it all ends! 😧
Joei Chan.
@audreyjarre @360learning @tom_b so true!! really glad we were able to work on this together Tom - how lucky am I to have an actual published author on my team to help us produce a docu-series?!

Almost 10 months ago, I spotted a role at 360Learning that piqued my interest. After binging Onboarding Joei πŸ€“ I took a leap of faith and applied for the role! The interview process was uniquely engaging, and left me hoping I would get the job 🀞 What made the interview process so different? The people and their EVIDENT passion for learning. Lucky for me - one of my interviewers was @audreyjarre πŸŽ‰ Watching Learning Audrey has been an absolute pleasure (especially "The Show"), and I can't wait for the finale tomorrow 🀩
Mandy Knapp
@audreyjarre @savannahrollinsmarshall I think you're making a guest appearance on the finale episode πŸ˜‰
Oli Kramer
@audreyjarre @savannahrollinsmarshall I binged Onboarding Joei during my interviews. What a great way to prep! πŸ˜†
Kristina Gros
I laughed, I cried, and I learned!! Ok, maybe just a tear. But this series had me hooked! It was so captivating to see my colleague on the other side of the world experiencing some of the same feelings and uncertainties I have had in the past with new roles!
Mandy Knapp
@kristina_gros I feel like I can relate to every single one of her struggles, the authenticity makes this series great. She is so brave for bearing it all πŸ’ͺ Can't wait for the finale to launch tomorrow!
