Learning Audrey: a 360Studio Docu-Series - B2B Reality TV. A hyper-honest look at career change.

19 months ago, I started a new job at 360Learning, and @nicolas_merlaud asked if I wanted to be on a docu-series to document the 90 days of my onboarding. I said yes, and the rest was history (i.e. an insane roller coaster ride of COVID-19 and being stuck at home for 18 months while trying to hire and onboard a whole team. 🤪) Two seasons of Onboarding Joei later, I'm excited to be on the other side of the camera 🎥 and share a new story with you all (much more inspiring than mine, in my opinion 😁) - one that a lot of people might be going through right now; a story of change and dreams. We all have dreams. Changing jobs. Changing the world. But reality catches up quickly. What does it really take to change your life? Big thanks to @audreyjarre who has just been incredibly inspiring, and I feel so honored to get to know her story and now share it with all of you. 🙌 And to my whole team for making this project a big success. 🙏 We had Onboarding Joei, now we have Learning Audrey (we aren't very original with our names 😂) - and our goal remains the same. We want to show the world what employees really go through. Through our Reality TV series, we show the Reality of work. Binge-watch all episode now ahead of our grand finale TOMORROW!

Thank you @joeei for proposing this crazy project. 😱 I still can’t believe I said yes to this project (as if it wasn’t stressful enough to do a 180 switch in your career during a global pandemic!). Honestly, I’m so glad I (cautiously) said yes because now I can look back in 50 years and remember all of the great people I used to work with 😍 Seriously, though: this was a monumental change in my life and I can’t wait to look back at how much I’ve grown!

Onboarding Joei was one of the reasons I joined 360Learning! Being able to peek behind the scenes was priceless - and made the transition a little less scary!

Both seasons of Onboarding Joei were great so I'm looking forward to binging this one too!

So inspiring to document the challenges of a new job inside the same company! The last episode "The Show" was excellent, it really resonated with my vision of Collaborative Learning 😍. Congrats to the whole team involved, I can't wait to see the end of this beautiful journey!

What a rewarding project to work on—a glimpse into the vulnerability we’ve all felt in a new role but Audrey was brave enough to get her feelings on video for the world to see 👏 👏 I can only hope that I would have the same level of grace, honesty, and determination if there was a camera recording all of these moments.

Everyone dreams about what it might be like to shift into a new role - but nobody is ever brave enough to tell the real story of what it's like to make a change like this. Except @audreyjarre! 🤩 Being able to chart Audrey's shift to becoming a Senior L&D Manager has been one of our most gratifying projects at @360learning so far, from her nervous early days through to her deft juggling of different stakeholder expectations. It's been super inspiring to see her take on this challenge, and I can't wait to see how it all ends! 😧

Almost 10 months ago, I spotted a role at 360Learning that piqued my interest. After binging Onboarding Joei 🤓 I took a leap of faith and applied for the role! The interview process was uniquely engaging, and left me hoping I would get the job 🤞 What made the interview process so different? The people and their EVIDENT passion for learning. Lucky for me - one of my interviewers was @audreyjarre 🎉 Watching Learning Audrey has been an absolute pleasure (especially "The Show"), and I can't wait for the finale tomorrow 🤩

I laughed, I cried, and I learned!! Ok, maybe just a tear. But this series had me hooked! It was so captivating to see my colleague on the other side of the world experiencing some of the same feelings and uncertainties I have had in the past with new roles!

Really happy and excited to discover this new adventure!
