TouchID integration OMG it's soo cool

From the AgileBits blog: "Note for early adopters (September 17, 2014): In 1Password 5, iCloud sync requires iOS 8 and OS X 10.10 (Yosemite). Because Yosemite has not yet been released, it is currently not possible to sync iOS 8 devices with Macs using iCloud. If you absolutely need to sync with a Mac over iCloud, we recommend waiting for Yosemite to come out before upgrading to iOS 8 and 1Password 5. If you have already upgraded your iOS device, one option is to simply go without syncing for a few weeks. Leave iCloud enabled on all devices. You can continue using 1Password on your devices as you would normally, and, when you update your Mac, your devices will once again resume syncing automatically."

@ow Agreed. Hopefully this is the first of many breakthroughs that will come with iOS8 extensions. Plus touch integration?? Serious quality of life improvement for 1Password users.

It. Just. Works. This update was something I've been waiting for since they announced extensions and TouchID access for developers at iOS 8. So huge. Loving this update.

I adore this software suite. Having a unique password for everything is very easy and far more secure. I can't wait to try out the Safari integration! Does anyone know if WiFi sync is still working well with 1P4 for Mac?

Using this with Safari is really magic. It's a faster and easier experience than typing in a username and password. And because I use 1Password to generate different passwords on different sites, I'm more secure too. Pretty amazing how "open" iOS 8 is that this can be done now.

I could not get by without 1password for iOS and Mac (and occasionally Windows too). The best software purchases I have ever made.

Sad to see there is not more serious competition in this area. Would much like to see UX done right, especially on iOS. Adding suggestions to their support forum sadly has little effect,
