What age did you first start doing something “career-ish”?
... commerce shop. Nothing too fancy, but it taught me how real work works. Since then, I've been exploring everything I ve seen people start at 12 coding games, others at 25 making bold pivots. You Can’t Align Teams with Hope. You Need a System
... anyone who s led a project involving multiple teams knows that alignment doesn t just happen: engineering is often overloaded, marketing can shift direction mid-sprint, and leadership frequently adds last-minute priorities that throw everything off track. Suddenly, timelines slip, teams are frustrated, and you're left managing the fallout. This kind of misalignment isn t about poor communication, it s about lacking the right structure. Because no matter how many meetings you hold or status updates you send ... ... more jumping between workspaces Assign tasks based on real, cross-functional team capacity, not assumptions Visualize resource availability across teams to prevent overbooking and spot bottlenecks early Drag and drop tasks seamlessly across multiple views: Kanban board, scheduler, timeline

This is how we're surviving against funded competitors for our vibe coding platform.
... build mobile apps. Soon hitting 50 new signups daily. All these signups came with massive LLM costs. Starting with just ~$4K, we burned through 30% of our budget in the first week with only $260 MRR. Our well-funded competitors offered 5 free code gen requests daily (30/month), while we provided just 1 request/user lifetime. Talked to users, they wanted to explore platform for free but even with our minimal free tier, costs were eating up our savings. Traffic kept ... ... blogs. We approached VCs but got no replies. We pivoted to a paid-only model after burning 60% of our funds. Still getting ~50 daily signups from our @daily.dev blog, but users expected the same free plans as competitors

What's the role of visual planning in team success?
... your goals, tasks, and bottlenecks crystal clear. But what does visual planning really do for teams? What Is Visual Planning? Think of visual planning as a map for your team's goals. It's about using tools like boards, timelines, or Gantt charts to display tasks, deadlines, and workflows in an intuitive, easy-to-grasp way. Unlike traditional to-do lists or wordy briefs, visual plans let you see: -Who s doing what. -What s overdue. -What s next ... ... same page... until deadlines arrived? Visual planning eliminates ambiguity by showing the big picture and the tiny details, keeping everyone accountable. 2. Clear Prioritization The Eisenhower Matrix is great on paper, but in practice?
