my first StartUp
... built Alphalise because I was frustrated with spending hours analyzing trading data without getting clear, actionable insights. Over the years, I ve seen traders and investors waste valuable time bouncing between tools, trying to figure out patterns, strategies, and competitormoves that matter. Most analytics platforms just give you raw numbers or charts. They don t tell you what changed, why it matters, or how to act on it. Alphalise is the first AI-powered analytics platform that simplifies trading ... ... intelligence. Instead of drowning you in data, it delivers: Clear explanations of market

What’s the craziest thing a startup can do to get attention?
... Yesterday I saw the headline that Perplexity tried to buy Google Chrome for $34.5B . One move and they got free coverage in BBC, NYT, Business Insider, and basically every major tech outlet. That s tens of millions in equivalent PR value without spending it. Just create a news story with a slightly absurd twist and boom, you re front-page material. So I m wondering: what are some other wild tactics you ve seen (or used) to grab attention ... ... Examples that come to mind: Sending a pizza to every journalist in your industry with a QR code on the box leading to your launch page. Renting a billboard in front of your competitor

How we plan software projects that actually ship on time at Clueso
... Product Hunt, I'm the founder and CEO of @Clueso , a tool to create stunning product videos in minutes with AI. I wanted to share how we refined our process of making sure we ship big software moves on time. Too many times as a company, we ve found ourselves making bold promises both to customers and to ourselves internally and then scrambling to meet them. Somewhere along the way, we developed a kind of telepathic communication. We could exchange ... ... helpful to other founders. I d also love to get any tips and thoughts from the more experienced operators here. 1 Design the new feature The more thought and planning that goes into the design phase, the faster everything moves

Sharing Our Third Product — A Step Closer To Physical AI Companions
... building a new kind of product in robotics. A small, intelligent bot that doesn t live in your phone or laptop, but lives with you. It moves, listens, reacts, and helps like a real-world AI companion. Our startup is 3 years old and this is our third product. We ve been bootstrapping and building quietly with a clear goal to bring AI out of the screen and into the physical world. Right now, we ve completed the mechanical skeleton ... ... hardware design and want to build something bold and original from the ground up. We re also actively looking for the right investor. Not just capital, but someone who can bring deep thinking and mentorship to help us move

Open Research vs. Big Tech: Where Is AI Innovation Headed Next?
... landscape keeps shifting fast, and Mistral AI s recent moves remind us that innovation rarely comes from just one giant. It s fascinating to see a new player emerge with fresh approaches to open-weight models and decentralized R&D challenging the idea that AI progress must be owned by a few massive companies. This raises a bigger question: Are we heading toward a more collaborative and open AI ecosystem, or will the big players always dominate the narrative ... ... responsible AI innovation. Would love to hear your thoughts on how that balance might play out. Comment from Parth Ahir(@parth_ahir): @priyanka_gosai1  Thanks for the thoughtful take! I agree open research drives fresh ideas and fast moves

No Bullsh*t. Just Brilliant Design.
... Startups are moving fast. But design? It s still stuck in the mud. Founders are shipping MVPs in weeks, but waiting months for brand decks. They re trying to raise funding with landing pages that look like they were made in a rush (because they were). And agencies? Most are bloated, slow, and stuck in outdated processes. So I built Badfish Labs a no-bullsh*t design studio that moves

Is AI making us stupid?
... love to read, then there shouldn't be a problem with critical thinking. Comment from Andr J(@sentry_co): I dont think there is biological change at all. Has not been for 100s of thousands of years. Biology moves slow. As such we amp up with tech. We still sit in caves with candle light fires prefering the dark-mode. I think biologically we are at peak. tech however still has some road to go. We progress by building ... ... tool, not a crutch. Have you noticed any areas where AI has made you worse at something you used to do manually? Comment from Hussein(@hussein_r): @oksana_ch  Yeah, I totally agree, resisting AI isn t the move
