Steal This Idea: Community Kanban Board for Builders
... Problem "Building in public" is broken. We re posting into the void - no structure, no momentum, no real collab. Twitter s loud, Reddit s messy, Discord s buried. Even in communities, we re still building alone. Solution A kanban-style social network for builders. Like Notion Reddit Trello - where tasks are posts, progress is public, and collaboration is real. How it Works Boards = public workspaces (e.g. AI Tools Weekend Sprint ) Tasks move: TO-DO DOING DONE Threaded feedback, code, designs ...

... Just launched nfsRambo on Product Hunt a free tool to estimate cloud storage costs (AWS S3, Azure Blob, etc.) based on your data retention strategy. Here s what I ve tested: Lesser-Known Webmaster Tools Worth Trying Ahrefs Webmaster Tools Free, with backlink data rivaling paid tools. Yandex Webmaster Great for spotting technical issues Google misses. Seznam.cz Essential if you target Czech ...

This is how we're surviving against funded competitors for our vibe coding platform.
... build mobile apps. Soon hitting 50 new signups daily. All these signups came with massive LLM costs. Starting with just ~$4K, we burned through 30% of our budget in the first week with only $260 MRR. Our well-funded competitors offered 5 free code gen requests daily (30/month), while we provided just 1 request/user lifetime. Talked to users, they wanted to explore platform for free but even with our minimal free tier, costs were eating up our savings. Traffic kept ... ... blogs. We approached VCs but got no replies. We pivoted to a paid-only model after burning 60% of our funds. Still getting ~50 daily signups from our @daily.dev blog, but users expected the same free plans as competitors

AI Antics: From Podcasts to Picture Magic and Code Confessions!
... more vibing. ( Source ) Oops, Everything s a Podcast Now Okay, so Google s gone full podcast mode with their new AI-powered Audio Overviews feature. What does that mean? Your text turns into a robot voice reading it out loud, but like imagine if that robot had a bit of a personality crisis. It s like your boring textbook turned into a slightly confused podcast host. So, next time you re reading a manual or an article, get ready ...

How do you deal with Impostor Syndrome?

It wasn't. And so... the spiral of self doubt made me anxious which made me worried about my judgement being clouded which crushed my self-confidence which made me more anxious ...

Stop launching solo. It’s not brave, It’s dumb
... building a circle. one that amplifies your launch, and sticks around after the spike. you can go fast alone. but not far. If you re launching something soon, Start building your crew today. Stop launching solo. Build louder, together. Comment from Savvas Konsta(@mrrabbar): Big things happened with big teams! Comment from Derek Liu(@derek_liu_dev): As a solo maker who has launched both serious and casual products here with no hype and no crew, I truly believe this ... ... never know whether your product will get featured or not. Comment from Shadman Nazim(@shadmannazim): Spot on! Very nicely put I think following these steps can help build a crew that takes the top spot, period! Comment from Lou

I have learnt full-stack development in 90 days and you can do it too.
... goal was to learn the exact parts of each stack so that I can build a SaaS, not every tidbits of it. This is not something I can learn all by myself. Final & successful attempt: CodeFast by Marc Lou ( https://codefa.st/?via=90daystocode Affiliate link) Marc's course worked amazingly well for me. The course is basically a hand-holding session of building a simple product feedback board from start to deploying. I completed it by deploying my first software ... ... built all by myself. I understood the most part of it on the first try, some needed revisiting. Started building another product immediately. This time, I switched my code editor from VS

How (not) to gather first users when you are an unknown brand. May be helpful to new product makers
... product; ideally show your face too human aspect. It s better to let people test the product for free because it might not be technically finished yet, viz. my experience. (People, who don't pay, are not so loud on the internet as people who already paid, IYKWIM.) Do you have a similar experience? Next time, we could cover how to prevent fraud, btw. (I have a lot to share.) Comment from Nika(@busmark_w_nika): @cameron_froese  That ... ... from Konrad S.(@konrad_sx): @luke_arwayda  You're surely right that one has to be careful with comparisons, I think the comparison should be objective, also showing possible disadvantages of your product, and include all the top competitors

What are your favourite buildinpublic makers? Feel free to share favourite projects made by them
... place where most projects are more "corporate" or funded by VCs but there is still some amount of buildinpublic makers, indie hackers or solopreneurs. Do you have your favourite besides those big ones? (I mean besides Levelsio or Marc Lou) For me, it is e.g. @andreihudovich with BlueskyMeter  Analytics for Bluesky social media @lera_kuntsevich1 with ClipWing a tool for video creation @iuliia_sh  with PaperMark a tool for LinkedIn post creation and growing the follower base ... ... with the constant pressure to always share progress. I ve noticed some makers shifting towards a more hybrid approach still sharing, but more selectively. As for favorite makers, Greg Isenberg is definitely on my list, and of course Marc Lou
