At the moment it's our product hunt launch Liffery, which is happening today. Also, we have recently been spending a lot of time on what I call the "verbal product" so everything that helps communicate our internal vision to the outside world. Of course, building a technical product always takes a lot of work, but I guess that's kind of obvious :)

@janine_nitz Hi Janine, could you say a few words about your verbal product? How does it work?
Janine N
@w_j Certainly! So whenever you have an application there is always the technical product. It is built based on (hopefully) customer needs and then requirements. The verbal product refers to how you communicate your product to different audiences. Although the technical solution is the backbone and doesn't change, depending on which audience you are addressing, you will have to talk about your product differently. You might point out different features or use different vocabulary entirely depending on who you are addressing, but your product is still the same. At Liffery we have coined this the verbal product or product(s) for that matter. Especially when starting a business you also might need to experiment to see which wording resonates best with your audience, so you would only change the verbal product, but the solution in the background stays the same.

@vladimir_zivkovic @janine_nitz Why can't I see the upvote button Janine? Would love to support

@janine_nitz like how you coined it with a name. I imagine it helps with team focus on that outcome.

Oh boy, that would be scriptwriting for me. We're a video production service, so we take care of the entire pre-production process as well, including writing scripts. I spend so much time getting the perfect intro and the catchiest wordplay only to overthink everything and then start all over again. I guess I manage to be more efficient by stopping myself from overthinking. I like to write out my ideas, organize them, review them a few times, and then let my team look through my writing and tell me what they think should be changed. I trust their judgment and they always get straight to the point, so this saves me a lot of time and stress.

Preparing for launch on Product Hunt sums up most of my time. But that's the best part, excited about the launch.

For me, content generation consumes the most amount of time at the moment. Understanding all the challenges faced by the technical team and other stakeholders, understanding how to make it easier and accessible for our customers to learn from. Since we are a academy, we focus on teaching. So content is pretty much our break and butter.

Worrying if I'm describing my product right in such a way that the users feel compelled to try it out. ChatGPT only made it worse.

For Narrated Tours (narratedtours.com) it's the build process. I do not have a tech background so it took a frustratingly long time to fix even the tiniest bug. Even then it's still not 100% perfect. For anyone curious it is built using no-code tools AND code written by GPT. Yes, it's been a wild ride ๐Ÿ˜…

At this current time with paylinkz.app it has to be marketing and content creation. Probably because it is not my strongest area

This time we are depending on the stage of development of the project. At first, these were interviews with users. Even when development had already begun, we continued to communicate with them and look for confirmation of the need for the product and what functionality we needed. The second stage was development, of course. And right now, most of the time is spent on meetings with team members. Because of them, we discuss feedback, brainstorm how to satisfy the user and look for solutions for bugs. In general, meetings in my calendar are top consumers
Right now, getting to know the right people and getting recognition to launch the product. For the moment product hunt has been a great tool to do that but will love to expand reach and network.

The most complicated part I have seen are 1) adding the pricing to your modules 2) restriction to certain features 3) handling abnormal data which have been added by the fake users 4) cleaning of testing data

Fixing Bugs. Especially when I don't know wher they come from. After that it is generating growth!

Recovering lost Bitcoin can require unique hacking skills and expertise that are possessed by only a handful of professional hackers. While there are many recovery websites out there, itโ€™s important to be cautious as 99% of them are operated by scammers who try to appear legitimate. Instead, itโ€™s best to seek out a trusted hacker like Judas Wizard who can help you recover your funds. They were able to recover $126k worth of BTC that I had lost to bitcoin mining. To get in touch with Judas, you can email him at hackerjudas9@gmail.com or message him on Telegram @JUDAS012
