What's your go to excuse for skipping meetings?😏

For meetings that may not require my full participation, I explain that I'm quite busy and may not be able to attend the meeting in person. But sometimes I would join online to ensure I don't miss any important updates.

If i feel like I won't be able to contribute enough to meetings, I skip :)

No value for me? No value from me? Then it's not my street. Focus is precious. I save it for where it counts.

I don’t usually skip meetings—quite the opposite, actually! I’m almost always there with my camera turned on, fully engaged. Skipping meetings isn’t really my thing. 😊

Haha, I'm not big on skipping meetings but if I had to I'd say I was stuck in an unexpected ‘important’ call.

Honestly, I'd just say I had an unexpected deadline that pulled me away.

My go to would be that something urgent popped up.

Oh, I just tell them I had an urgent ‘brainstorming session’ with my couch and blanket.
