Stock options. Without it no motivation to do more than usual.

@mark_prutskiy stock options are powerfulf, but there is another side of the medal. An employee might get ultra demotivated the moment he starts to doubt in company's perspectives (which might be frequent on the upcoming bearish market).
@daniel_engels so why am I working for a company if i doubt it? just for salary? It's not about top employees.
@mark_prutskiy it might happen to most professionals to have doubts at some point of the mission. As an employer, you don't want these temporary doubts demotivate the employees.

Flexi-time (and unlimited paid holiday - the ultimate flexi-time) - are game-changers for me!
Sleek Pay
Underrated benefit that we give at Sleek: monthly house cleaning.
If you're working from home, it really makes a different to have a clean space!
For me, paid sick leaves and a good number of vacation days are must-haves. I also appreciate it when companies offer to pay for learning courses related to the job!

The employee benefits I appreciate the most are health insurance and excellent retirement plans.
I think in today's hiring market a benefits package is mandatory to attract and hire talented employees. The benefit of perks is a factor in considering whether to accept a job offer.
Stubbornness. Understanding that you should never give up.
@new_user_11620223ff4de5436 well, we usually mean "non-monetary advantages of worker's contract" when we speak of employee benefits.
Healthcare is always a key benefit and paid time off :)
Hi Daniel, it's super great to be here. I love you Jerry, Will, John, my Girl Kelly.
Also big love to Product Hunt. I am a search optimizer, forgive me if I answer this question the wrong way. Click One to Get it, gives me the benefit to work with great people like yourselves and everyone at producthunt.com, Jerry Gallegos, and Will V. You are the best at what you do, and that is getting the public eye on product, businesses, that need exposure.
I'm still new to the business, your patience and understanding and our mistakes that we do go by like they were never mistakes in the first place. That takes patience and understanding, and also control self, control, of our inexperience in a niche such as yours. Click One to Get it, treats us like family not employees, that is a benefit I cherish the most from any job I ever had.
Thank you Daniel.

Undoubtedly ESOPs.
They are the single largest source of motivation I believe. ESOP policy should be employee friendly which helps to create long-term wealth for everyone.
@gauravgoyal_gg Employee Stock Option plan is great for public companies and startups with solid perspectives.
healthcare, travel allowance
