before you start use Twitter for business promotion, try to build decent numbers of followers from your future customers. Followers is relatively easy to build you just need to have valid comments and thoughts.
It seems to me that you need to approach the issue comprehensively and develop your brand not only on Twitter, but in general. Today there are many brand strategy consultants who will help you with promotion.
If we take Twitter specifically, then this is definitely a logo, some kind of specific format or a catchy phrase, your company's tag and the regularity of posts and replies.
But, in general, I recommend reading the article I mentioned above. It has a lot of useful branding tips and information.

From my experience, it's really important to interact with people in your industry. Follow them, quote tweet and reply to their posts, just make sure you join the conversation so that when it's your turn to tweet, you'll have an audience that engages with you.
