I've been working in 90-minute work sessions to stay focused and avoid busy work. After each one, I check what I got done. If there’s progress, great! If not, I adjust for the next session to make it more productive. So far, it’s been working well!

I make sure I have breaks or even going for a 30min walk in the nature to get new ideas when I get stuck. I also started to change spaces. For example if I need to do something that requires deep work then I am at home, by myself. If I need to do something creative I am in a coffee shop with my earplugs on and a good coffee.
I always make time for a few sports breaks to switch off from work.
I use time-blocking like dividing my day into dedicated time slots for specific tasks or activities. And after completing a focused task, I would take a short break to recharge, ensuring I stay refreshed and maintain focus for the next task.

@feliciana_liu Time blocking is a good way! I love how it helps structure the day and keeps distractions at bay.
Embrace the rhythm of your energy peaks and troughs, structuring tasks accordingly. Prioritize intention over mere action, allowing focus to guide your path. Remember, balance is the silent architect of sustained productivity.
Personally I like to have a morning routine that helps me get into the right mindset.
I start by planning my day the night before, so I have a clear focus when I wake up
For me, it’s about breaking my day into manageable chunks.
