  • How do you incorporate customer feedback into your product roadmap?

Do you collect feedback for a certain period of time and then try to implement it, or do you do it on an individual basis for each customer? I am interested in your processes.

For us at HowdyGo it really depends on if the feature is part of our product vision or not, value vs time to build and the size of the customer (in that order!) If something is in our product vision we will almost always build it but prioritised appropriately!

We have proposal board where customers can give their feedback/offer new feature/improvement, vote for them. Out of that we choose which are the most requested and which make sense for future product development.

@henry_burkert it depends on many factors: what is inline with our current development plans, future plans, capacity in particular quarter, complexity of the feature. But i would say at least 2-3 months to gather all the feedbacks.

@marina_bau That sounds good! After what period of time do you decide what the most requested features are?
