Co-founder of the tech startup Crewting. Since our founding, we have made it our mission to strengthen corporate culture as a foundation for high employee retention in remote/hybrid companies. Our aim is not only to promote cohesion in teams, but also to give every employee a sense of belonging and appreciation, regardless of where they are working. Because in the remote/hybrid working world, strengthening culture requires innovative approaches - beyond traditional methods. This is precisely our mission. We build apps for modern corporate culture!🚀 At my former remote agency, we developed code-ray as a side project. We developed the tool for internal purposes and then published it. When we left our agency to start Crewting, we discontinued code-ray so that we could focus on Crewting.
